This family-friendly city beach complex corresponds in style to the local houses dating from the 18th century, with marked Baroque lines, 3 floors and a garden. The 2 first floors house nine rooms and the last offers a terrace. The garden was to be found at the end of the house and featured a fountain and an open gallery with columns.
